Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

U.S. orders: FedEx 2Day is $19.95 and free on orders of $150 or more. Delivery is 2 business days after the order ships.

International orders: FedEx International Economy is $59.95 (5–7 business days) and free on orders of $400 or more. The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Packaging

Orders are packed in discreet, unmarked packaging with appropriate temperature control for the products included.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking is also visible from your My Account order history.

International Orders

We ship internationally. Rates and free-shipping thresholds are shown above and calculated automatically at checkout; the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.
