Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

U.S. orders: USPS Ground is $13.95 (3–5 business days) and free on orders of $100 or more. USPS Express (2–3 business days) is available for a flat $36, regardless of order size.

International orders: USPS Priority Mail International is $39.95 (6–10 business days) and free on orders of $300 or more. USPS Priority Mail Express International (3–5 business days) is available for a flat $64.95, regardless of order size.

Packaging

Orders are packed in discreet, unmarked packaging with appropriate temperature control for the products included.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking is also visible from your My Account order history.

International Orders

We ship internationally. Rates and free-shipping thresholds are shown above and calculated automatically at checkout; the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.
