Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned. We are unable to accept returns of unopened products once shipped, except where the order arrived damaged or incorrect as described above.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they enter processing. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
