Information We Collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and details of the orders you place with us. We also automatically collect basic usage data, such as pages visited and device/browser type, to help us run the site.
How We Use It
Order and account information is used to fulfill orders, communicate with you, and maintain your order history. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons described above, or as required by law:
- Name, email, phone number, and shipping address — kept while your account is active, and for up to 3 years after your last order or account activity, in case you place another order or need support with a past one.
- Order history — kept for up to 7 years to comply with standard tax and accounting recordkeeping requirements.
- Automatically collected usage data — kept for up to 1 year.
Payment Information
Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers. If you connect a bank account for payment, that connection can be deleted at any time, and it is automatically removed when disconnected — we don't retain access to your bank account after you disconnect it.
Your Rights & Requesting Deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@mansorylabs.com. We'll confirm your request and remove your data within 30 business days, except where we're required to retain certain records (such as order or tax records) for legal or accounting purposes.
